Places You Can Visit

Haridwar

Devprayag

This sacred town is where the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers merge to form the holy River Ganga. The confluence is considered extremely auspicious.

Rudraprayag

Another important Prayag where the Mandakini River meets the Alaknanda River. It is one of the Panch Prayag of Uttarakhand.


DAY 2: GUPTKASHI ➜ SONPRAYAG ➜ GAURIKUND ➜ KEDARNATH

Trek to Kedarnath

Kedarnath Temple

Kedarnath Temple is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva and is situated at an altitude of approximately 3,583 meters. It is believed that the temple was originally built by the Pandavas and later reconstructed by Adi Shankaracharya. Surrounded by snow-covered Himalayan peaks, Kedarnath is among the most sacred pilgrimage sites in India.


DAY 3: KEDARNATH DARSHAN ➜ RETURN TO GUPTKASHI

Bhairavnath Temple

Joshimath

Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, Badrinath Temple is one of the four Char Dham and one of the 108 Divya Desams. Situated at an altitude of about 3,133 meters, the temple is surrounded by the Nar and Narayan mountain ranges.
